Holding On

Assalamualaikum! Good day!

These past few weeks I've been doing a lot of thinking. Did I mention it's winter here? Yay! ^__^

...

So my friend and I were having a little chat one day and one of the contents made me think...about myself.

We were talking about the similarities and the differences between Malaysia and Egypt when this popped up.

Friend: So, Yang. Do you play any instruments? Any skills? Say, do you go to the movies with your friends or go exercise or something. What DO you do during your free time? (so she's basically asking me what I'm good at doing - extra skills etc.)

Le ME: (Thinking)...well, I do go out to eat with my friends (face palm =__=; way to go making yourself look like you have no life)

Friend: Oh... There's nothing much to do here in Alex anyways. ^__^ 

Le ME: Heh.

I'm not going to lie. Even before the conversation that I had with my friend there, sometimes I do feel like I'm losing myself, it can be a little bit depressing. Even after reading all those medical papers and books, I just feel...stupid. It's like they're sucking me into this big hole of blurriness. There are days when I don't act like myself. *sigh. So basically I WANT to do something during my free time to avoid myself from falling into the hands of DEPRESSION which I hate oh so much.

THEREFORE, I have decided to find something that (which I unfortunately don't know yet) will help to make this head of mine stay on track and at the same time motivates me. May Allah help and guide me. T____T 

Because mental health is as important as physical health (thumbs up!)
