Assalamualaikum! How are you? :D As you can probably guess by my tone, I'm in a very chirpy mood. After being a hikikomori (a shut in) for almost 2 weeks due to study leave, I'm finally back on my feet. Cramped up trams, aside from being squished by sweaty armpits in the tram had made me realized that exams are finally over (for now) and I'm freeeee. Well, not really. Module 6's welcoming me with open arms. Okay, putting studies aside, I just got back from an awesome event! It was an event, specially dedicated for Leukemia children. There were face-painting (children here LOVE face painting btw), puppet shows, balloons, drawing, giving out presents and MORE. We even got to play with them! So, everyone tries to help out as much as possible like buying medicine and changing their bedsheets. A LOT of people came and by people, I mean students.My friends and I went there right after class and it was definitely worth our time!Oh yeah, the event took place at El-Shatby hospital :) Okay, I'm going to stop and let the pictures do the talking but before that, I would like to say that it was really fun and sad at the same time. These children deserve the best. I mean, they're too cute and adorable but due to their health, they can't play like healthy children can. It's the sad truth. I hope they'll get well really really really soon. So, please pray for them :D Thanks minna!

All about Births!

Assalamualaikum, Heyhihello! How's everyone been doing?? Yeah, me, I'm still breathing and alive Alhamdulillah hehe. So the mates and I celebrated Nabila's birthday on 16/3. We were actually planning to surprise her, phew, t'was hard. Well, you've guessed it, it failed because she came back home early and AFTER ALL THAT EFFORT OF GETTING HER OUT OF THE HOUSE! Haha what to do. But then again, we did lock her in her room when she got back. Literally "LOCKED" her IN. Hehe, so nice eh of us. So, the 5 of us broke into teams. Yana took Nabila out (she had a tough time, making excuses to keep Nabila out of the house, even took her to the market and even took her for ice-cream ), Athira and Umi baked a "Gu-Junpyo" chocolate cake, and well, Fatihah and I made our "rabu-rabu (love-love) sushi", RABU-RABU BEAAAAM! Um, sorry, too hard to resist hehe. Ah yes, I've even encountered a very special type of candle, called the MAGIC CANDLE *_____* Had fun playing with those things, pretending we're wizards. You can blow on them and they will light back up on their own. Awesome. Yeah, Fatihah, Umi and I had an epic Harry Potter time in the kitchen hehe.

Then, we took her to Green Plaza ~~Blaza~~ to play some games hehe. Bumper cars were epic. All hell broke loose when the 6 of us + 1 arab kid were the only ones in the ring. Guess it happens :)

AND TODAY 20/3/2012 I just got back from the hospital. I just witnessed two LIVE Caesarean Section for the very first time! It was amazing, it's a magical feeling and well, it was great! A historical moment hoho. Each mother gave birth to a lovely baby boy. So sweet <3 !!
